Anders started working again today. But we’ll try to make at least one more trip to Røros before the summer is over. Lately we have been to Munkholmen, together with Anders’ mother, brother and aunt. We have seen Pirates of the Caribbean 2, more barbequing and I have had way too much wine. I’ve almost, but only almost had enough summer now. I have four more Jeffery Deaver books to read though, so I’ll do that before I start to worry about the semester starting again.

Not much has happened lately, we both have vacation, and we are relaxing at home. I got a new bike two days ago though! It’s the nicest bike I’ve ever had (even though it’s not pink). So I think Anders is going to make me go on a bicykle ride today. (When he wakes up.) Other than that we have been barbequeing a bit, had dinner with friends, and we had a party this weekend. But I had PMS and got totally sick of the whole thing.

I have to write about the present I got from Anders for our six month engagement-anniversary a few months ago. He gave me 5 1/2 hours at Solsiden Spa, and I was there a couple of weeks ago. First I was in a steam bath, then I was in an infrared sauna, and then they put me in a massage bath. It was a bit too much heat at once, I normally don’t like saunas and such that much, but I tried to relax, and it wasn’t too bad. Then I had a bodypeeling, and a body mask (in a warm “blanket”. More heat…). Then I got a body massage, and after that I had lunch. The girl who did the massage said my muscles was very tense, and I should have a massage every week. I guess I’m too stressed out right now. Don’t know why.
Then I had coloring of eye lashes and waxing (ouch!) and plucking of the eye brows. After that I had a face peeling and a face mask, while my hands got massaged. Then I had a face cleansing (ouch again!), and in the end she put on make-up.
I really liked it, and felt very pampered. It is off course way too expensive, but I am going to try to have a massage and a facial once in a while, it is actually worth spending money on. And I love my fiancée more than ever, off course. He’s so manly.
Place for the wedding is decided

Wedding
Iiiiiih! We have decided to get married at Sverresborg! Finally the decision is made. I have also sent an e-mail to HEF about getting someone to marry us. So the wedding plans are finally going somewhere again!
Summer holidays
Long time, no see (or write). Njaal is finally up, and a lot has happened. This weekend I rode on the back of my brothers motorcycle from Trondheim to Røros. It was a bit scary at first, I felt totally unprotected and held on as hard as I could. But I could relax after a while. But then it started raining, and I was freezing when we got to Røros. I took a long, warm shower, and fell a sleep for ten hours. On Saturday Anders came, and we spent most of the weekend walking around Røros and relaxing. The weather was perfect, and we both got a bit of a tan. Saturday evening we had dinner at my mom’s to celebrate my brother’s 27th bithday.
Inspired by my dad and stepmother I have started a low carb diet. I’m very unsure about it, it feels kinda unnatural to not eat bread, rice, potatoes, pasta or sugar. I will at least try it until I see if it’s working, and as long as I don’t feel unwell.
We have decided not to go to Stockholm this summer anyway (unless Anders gets a big bonus). It’s too expensive, at least 5000 nkr for a weekend, and we have better ways to spend that money. We will probably go to Anders’ family’s cabin and such for a while though.
The wedding plans isn’t moving forward much, but I think I’m leaning towards Sverresborg over Ringve. My allergy can’t be controlled, and I might regret it deeply if we go for Ringve, and the whole day is ruined by sneezing and mucus. I’m sure Sverresborg will be nice, allthough it isn’t quite what I wanted. Were going up there tomorrow to look at where we can have the wedding, and if we like it we probably will be ready to make a decision.
